Restaurant & Bar Guide disclaims all alleged liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating business. Restaurant & Bar Guide disclaims all warranties, express, implied or otherwise imposed by law, regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of the same.

The term “personal data” as used in this Policy refers to information such as your name, birth date, e-mail address or mailing address, which can be used to identify you. No charge will be levied for complying with a correction request; however, for all other requests Restaurant & Bar Guide may charge a small fee to cover its costs. Personal Information and Children
